Support the Festival
For over 60 years, the Sewanee summer music festival has trained the next generation of orchestral and chamber musicians.  The impact of Sewanee is felt on the stages of concert halls, across university campuses and in teaching studios around the world.    Your gift allows for the festival to continue to important work of not just teaching an instrument, but changing lives through the transformative power of music. Thank you for your continued support of The Sewanee Summer Music Festival – we hope to see you on the mountain this year!

Sponsoring a chair in our orchestras

Chair sponsorships are a great way to support individual students and sections in the Sewanee Symphony or Cumberland Orchestra. Chair sponsorships go directly to support student scholarships, enabling talented young musicians to attend Sewanee. For more information, please contact John Kilkenny – ssmfdirector@gmail.com

Matching gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Matching gift programs will not commit to satisfying personal pledges. For this reason matching funds cannot count as payments for personal pledge commitments. Visit http://www.matchinggift.com/sewanee/ to find out if your employer has a matching gift program

Planned and Estate Giving

The Sewanee Summer Music Festival is a program of the University of the South, and as such supporters can support the Festival in their estate planning.  To learn more about estate planning and how you can help secure our legacy, visit http://sewaneelegacy.com/
