What is a Musicians’ Life Coach in Residence?
Classical training focuses years of support towards your Well-DOing as a musician.
The focus of SSMF’s Musicians’ Life Coach is to support your Well-BEing as a musician as well.
We will broach topics that aren’t normally talked about like:
- stage fright
- imposter syndrome
- motivation issues
Participants will come away with new tools and perspectives on how to understand them, work with them, and move forward in their lives.
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a mental health profession that’s different from therapy, advising, or counseling. It is an alliance where the Coach continually gives all the power back to you. We believe that you know the best answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life and our tools and exercises can help guide you to hear them.
How does Life Coaching Work?
A Life Coach creates a safe space (individually or in group sessions) for you to voice your experience and then address your specific challenges, offering perspective-opening tools that help you connect with yourself in a way that transforms your dreams into action in your life.
Your most painful thought is what will lead you to your next transformation.
